MAJOR CHANGES – New Covid Secure Teams – update

As we enter the 2nd “lockdown” we’re happy to let you know that the clinic will remain open throughout and we are going to go into our new teams as per the post below from Thursday 5th.

With the growing uncertainty we face at the moment we are constantly trying to adapt to make the clinic a safer environment for you. As part of these major changes we will be preparing to split clinic staff into 2 new “covid secure teams”.

This means that if one team should need to self isolate the other team can remain in practice so that you are never left without care.

In the event that this becomes necessary the teams will be in clinic as follows.

We’re all confused about COVID19 and what we should do for the best. We really are trying our best to balance safety with practicality. We are getting a lot of very positive feedback about the efforts we are making but if there’s anything you think we should be doing please feel free to let us know.

If you have any questions about the major changes, including our new covid secure teams, please contact us. We understand that some people question the necessity of all of these changes but we are not prepared to risk the health of our patients. Please respect our policies and procedures even if you don’t necessarily agree with them.
