Active Release Techniques (ART)

This is a patented, state of the art, soft tissue massage technique. It provides relief from problems such as headaches, back pain, carpel tunnel syndrome, shin splits, shoulder pain, sciatica, knee pain by targeting muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

All these symptoms are often caused by over-used muscles which can lead to micro tears or pulls, and result in a build up of scar tissue that will reduce range of movement, strength and may cause pain.

ART targets the areas with tension and movement and long-lasting relief can be achieved for the patient.
